Fees for Service

• My standard fee for a 55-minute therapy session is $140.

• I am an In-Network provider with BCBS and Aetna insurance companies.

• I am Out-Of-Network with all other insurance companies. I am happy to work with you if you have other insurance benefits. The full fee is due when services are rendered. I will provide a Superbill that may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, this is not a guarantee of payment. Please contact your insurance plan administrator to ask about benefits including out-of-network providers, deductibles, co-payments, coinsurance and whether you need a referral.

• I am happy to discuss a Sliding Scale fee if you are uninsured, have insurance with a high deductible or on a limited budget.

• 24 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment or there will be a Late Cancellation fee of $75, unless it is determined to be an emergency or the appointment is rescheduled within the same week.

• The full fee of $140 will be charged if you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment.
